HIKER TRASH H.Y.O.H “HIKE TREK CREW” | Merino Wool Trail Socks Made for Long Days on the Move
Japanese-made trail socks developed from a Triple Crown hiker’s experience and ROTOTO’s sock-making expertise.
The HIKER TRASH H.Y.O.H “HIKE TREK CREW” was developed from the experience of Ryosuke “SKETCH” Kawato, who completed the three major long-distance trails in the United States. The socks are made in Japan using ROTOTO’s manufacturing expertise.
Designed for consecutive days of walking, the socks feature a cushioned pile-knit sole. Special stretch yarns provide a secure fit, while the three-dimensional heel construction helps reduce unwanted movement. Integrated arch support adds stability during extended periods on the trail.
The fabric is made with 79% washable merino wool, offering moisture management, warmth, and antibacterial and odor-resistant properties. Polyester and nylon are added to improve abrasion resistance, while the machine-washable construction makes regular care easier.
The HIKE TREK CREW is designed for long-distance hiking and trekking, as well as bikepacking and touring trips that combine riding and walking. It is a practical choice for people who move naturally between the trail, the bicycle, and everyday life.
A carabiner hole is built into the cuff, and an original carabiner is included.
