NITTO JAM-BAR | A Chromoly Handlebar Inspired by Beach Cruisers and Klunker Bikes
A wide, swept-back handlebar developed by NITTO and BLUE LUG for relaxed city rides, touring, and gravel routes.
The NITTO JAM-BAR is a made-in-Japan chromoly handlebar developed in collaboration with BLUE LUG. Its distinctive shape was reconstructed from the design of a discarded beach cruiser handlebar.
Combining the relaxed character of a beach cruiser with the active style of a klunker bike, the JAM-BAR features a 720mm width, 72.5mm rise, and 24° backsweep. These dimensions create a natural hand position suited to everyday city riding, touring, and rides that include gravel or unpaved roads.
The grips sweep naturally toward the rider, making it easier to create a comfortable position for the wrists and shoulders. Its wide profile also provides a stable feel for both relaxed cruising and more adventurous rides.
Slim chromoly tubing creates a clean, flowing silhouette, while the silver finish complements classic bikes, modern commuters, and gravel builds.
