Inspired by the calm scenery of the Merced River flowing through Yosemite Valley, the STATIC MERCED RIVER HOOD SHIRTS brings the relaxed comfort of time spent outdoors into a versatile shirt-style layer.

It is made from 100% recycled nylon. Rather than relying on polyurethane, the fabric gains natural stretch through its woven construction, allowing it to move comfortably during hiking, cycling, and other active pursuits.

The fabric has a finely textured surface that helps prevent it from clinging to the skin when damp. Its combination of breathability and quick-drying performance makes it comfortable to keep wearing during warmer conditions and high-output activities.

Weighing approximately 137g in size M/L, it packs easily without adding much bulk. The fabric is also resistant to wrinkling, making the shirt a practical layer for changing weather, travel, and everyday use.

The detachable hood allows the shirt to adapt to different settings. Attach it for additional coverage around the head and neck in windy outdoor conditions, or remove it for a cleaner, more casual appearance. The hood is also designed to fit beneath a helmet.

The textured surface helps keep the fabric away from the skin when sweating, making it comfortable during summer hikes and rides. Unlike a wind shell designed to block most airflow, this shirt allows some wind to pass through, which helps reduce stuffiness while moving.
