STATIC RAW S/S | A Lightweight 100% Merino Wool T-Shirt

Thin, light, and naturally soft merino wool for relaxed outdoor activities and everyday wear.

The STATIC RAW S/S updates the brand's only 100% wool fabric series for Japan's long, humid warmer seasons. With a fabric weight of 133g/m2, it offers a lighter and thinner alternative to more conventional merino wool shirts.

The fabric is made from fine 17.5-micron merino wool sourced from Australia and New Zealand. Its smooth, gentle feel makes the shirt comfortable against the skin, whether worn as a light base layer or on its own.

A chlorine-free shrink-resistant treatment is used to help retain the natural texture of the wool. The fabric is not covered with a resin coating, allowing the original softness and character of the fibers to remain noticeable.

STATIC also combines Z-twist and S-twist yarns to help control the twisting that can occur in lightweight knitted fabrics. This construction provides greater shape stability while maintaining the thin and light feel of the material.

The relaxed fit provides additional room through the body and sleeves without appearing overly technical. A small STATIC logo label is placed near the hem for a simple finishing detail.

Rather than rapidly moving large amounts of perspiration in the way some synthetic garments do, the RAW S/S is best suited to lighter activities. It works particularly well for casual hikes, travel, walking around town, time at camp, relaxed cycling, and everyday wear.

Made from a natural material with its own subtle texture and variation, this is a comfortable merino wool T-shirt designed to become part of a regular wardrobe.
